Introduction to Academic Journal Innovations
INNOVATIONS is the official journal of ISMICS (International Society for Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery) and the Japan Robotic Surgery Society.
While ISMICS is an international society for thoracic surgery, as it is also the official journal of the Japan Robotic Surgery Society, submissions are not limited to thoracic surgery but can include content related to minimally invasive surgery such as robotic surgery in general abdominal surgery (gastrointestinal surgery, urology, gynecology, etc.).
Directors of the Japan Robotic Surgery Society participate as editors, aiming for rapid review and publication.
